Functional Strength Schedule
Monday – Wednesday – Friday
- 6:00 - 6:50 a.m.
- 7:00 - 7:50 a.m.
- 10:00 - 10:50 a.m.
- 12:00 - 12:50 p.m.
- 5:00 - 5:50 p.m.
Cycling Classes
Individualized workouts designed to build power and strength on the bike. Your Functional Threshold Power and training zones are used to target specific training intensities to help you achieve your race and fitness goals.
Bring: bike, shoes, towel, and water bottle.
Cycling Schedule
Tuesday – Thursday
- 5:30 – 7:00 a.m.
- 7:00 - 8:30 a.m.
- 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Saturday & Sunday
- 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. (Summer hours vary)
