How is PXP Endurance different from other fitness programs?

Some programs discuss form and technique at the beginning, then after the introduction it isn't discussed and developed into the overall training. Helping you learn and apply these skills into your training and the attention to detail sets PXP Endurance apart from other programs. The Program is tailored to you specifically no matter your experience or ability.

Do I need prior fitness or endurance training experience to start?

No, Paul will meet you where you are and work with you to build your fitness and training plan.

Who can join the PXP Endurance Club?

The PXP Endurance Club is open to all endurance athletes, including runners, cyclists, triathletes, and multisport athletes. You do not need to be a triathlete or a current coached athlete to join.
